This is a smoke-free house. - No Smoking is permitted on the premises.

A live-in domestic worker will clean the house on Thursday(full day) and Saturday morning until 12.
The worker will come in to do dishes every evening (Monday - Sunday) - tenants are requested to give her a meal every night.

Please note that this service is not guaranteed from Monday - Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.
This help is an extra incentive offered to guests and is not a guaranteed offer. The domestic worker lives on the premises.
