This real old style farmhouse holiday house is situated in Tergniet with a sea view. This house is farmhouse meets ocean view. 150m walking distance to the Tergniet tidal pool and beach.
5.1km to De Dekke Spar, 5.9km to Fraaiuitsig PnPay, 15km to Hartenbos Beach front, 21 km from the George Airport and 25km to Garden Route Mall in George.
The house has an enclosed stoep that faces the ocean
The House dining room table (Seats 8) and a lounge with comfortable seating. There is a television available but bring your own decoders, wifi dongle.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge/ freezer, chest freezer, dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery and pots and pans. There is also a breakfast table in the kitchen with 2 benches and it can seat 4 in the kitchen. 1 full gas botte will be supplied for the gas stove with gas hob and electric oven.
The main bedroom has a rustic style double bed and one single bed in the room and freestanding oak cupboards, this room can lead out onto the enclosed stoep or exit room via the passage.
The second bedroom has a double bed and this room’s door also leads out onto the stoep or exit the room via the passage.
The third bedroom has a 3/4 bed and loose standing dresser and cupboard.
The fourth sleeping area is at the back of the house in the enclosed back stoep, this room can be exited through the door leading into the backyard or via stairs into the passage. The room houses 2 x 3/4 beds and the drier.
The house has only 2 bathrooms -1 Bathroom has a bath, toilet & basin and houses the washing machine. The second bathroom is located in the fourth sleeping area this bathroom only has a shower. There is also a separate toilet.
There is a weber braai available, the house stand on an open yard that has an entrance on the front street and the back street.
Large tree at the back of the house where you can sit and enjoy a laidback afternoon.
All linen are supplied, please bring your own bath and beach towels.
All water and electricity are included.
Small breed pets are allowed please note the yard is not enclosed.
