A maximum of 2 tenants is allowed
Visitor may sleep over no longer than 2 day, there after premission must be granted by owner with a fee of R250 per person per night.

The kitchen has all the basic needs, such as a gas stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and all the necessary cutlery and utensils.

The dining area is situated in the kitchen.

The flat has three bedroom

Bathroom with a shower, basin, and washing machine.

Separate toilet.

The flat is a non-smoking unit. Tenants are requested to smoke outside.

The braai area with its table and chairs is situated at the flat's entrance.

No Pets allowed.

Prepaid electric units will be for the tenant's account to purchase. Start-up units will be on the meter situated in the main bedroom.

All linen is supplied, please bring your own beach and bath towels.

An extra person can be accommodated for an additional fee of R260 per night. Please bring your own mattress and bedding.

An exit cleaning fee of R500.00 will be deducted from the Key deposit.

Refundable key deposit R2000 - R500(exit c/fee) = R1500 refundable if there is no damage.

Secure parking for 1 vehicle, and an extra vehicle to use the parking area in front of the property.
